Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Insights to lead a high-performing team in delivering advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and actionable insights that drive strategic business outcomes. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to shape data strategy, influence decision-making, and foster a culture of analytical excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to design and implement scalable data science solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data science can drive value.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytics workflows.
- Ensure data quality, model governance, and performance monitoring best practices are in place.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Proficient in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role with 2 days per week required on-site.
