About the role Were looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager with both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities to lead full-funnel growth optimization and drive our product from 1 to 10 in its key growth stage. As a core member of the growth engine, youll own the entire user journeyfrom awareness to activation, retention, and monetization. You'll design data-driven growth models centered around key metrics such as activation rate, retention, and LTV , and work cross-functionally to build scalable, repeatable systems that drive sustainable growth. What Youll Do: Own and improve critical growth KPIs: activation rate, retention, conversion rate, LTV, and more. Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies based on user behavior insights and market trends, including A/B testing and feature rollouts. Build and refine metrics frameworks to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable, high-leverage optimizations. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and operations teams to execute growth plans effectively. Establish scalable growth systems and internal processes that empower the broader team to experiment and grow efficiently. What We're looking for: 5+ years of experience in product growth roles, with at least 3 years leading growth initiatives. Proven track record of driving growth through 0?1 and/or 1?10 stages, especially in startup or fast-paced environments. Experience designing and running structured experimentation systems and analytics frameworks. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth initiatives and long-term user value. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive alignment and execution.
