Job Title: Senior Accountant (2-Month Temporary Assignment)

CV Resources is partnering with a company in Meridian, ID, to find a Senior Accountant for a 2-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can step in and provide immediate support with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
Support AP/AR processes as needed
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Assist with audit preparation and other ad hoc accounting tasks
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or staff accountant role
Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
