Security Field Manager Position Available - Immediate Hiring

We are a rapidly expanding company in search of a dynamic and motivated Security Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of managing security operations across various accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee operations across multiple accounts.
• Ensure the organization and staffing of all shifts, including covering unattended shifts as necessary.
• Train new talent in the field.
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance and safety.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high security standards.
• Cover unassigned Shifts when necessary (day and night)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the security industry. (verifiable)
• Must be fully available and flexible to work across different locations.
• Willingness to take on any assigned posts.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Clear understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Proven ability to organize schedules and manage staff effectively.
• Excellent recruitment and training skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and cover shifts as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay of $24 to $26/hr, with fast potential for growth.
• Option to transition to a salaried position after a trial period, if desired.
• Paid Time Off.

Office Location: N La Brea, 90038 West Hollywood
Site-Location: Most of our accounts are located in West Hollywood, Hollywood, DTLA, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey and Torrance
