Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable educational institution in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students' academic, emotional, and social development by conducting assessments and collaborating with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement effective behavioral and educational strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) License as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team and with external agencies
