What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead administration of both Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud orgs, managing user provisioning and access controls
• Maintain and optimize profiles, permission sets, territory, and role hierarchies
• Ensure compliance with SOC1, SOC2, and other regulatory frameworks in collaboration with Internal Audit and Compliance teams
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with Salesforce best practices
• Act as a key member of the Salesforce Scrum Team, participating in sprint planning and release cycles

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-org environment, including Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud orgs
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and user access management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification preferred
• Familiarity with multi-org strategy, governor limits, and platform events
• Experience as the lead platform administrator in a multi-org environment
