We are seeking a Salesforce Admin to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will primarily manage and customize our Salesforce platform, as well as assist in the development of Salesforce reports and dashboards. This role will be vital in supporting our business objectives within the non-profit industry.

Responsibilities:
• Administer our Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, and roles.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.
• Utilize Process Builder and Approval Processes within Salesforce to enhance business processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business objectives.
• Become the point of contact for our case management software.
• Actively participate in client-side scripting and cloud technologies.
• Utilize CRM and database skills to maintain accurate customer records.
• Apply knowledge of business process functions and business requirement document creation to further enhance our Salesforce system.
• Perform configuration management within our Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to the development of our EO/IR systems and perform AB Testing when required.

Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration
• Experience with Client Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of CRM and Database systems
• Understanding of EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with AB Testing and API Development
• Proficiency in Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document creation
• Experience with Configuration Management.• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is required
• Experience in Client Side Scripting is essential
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required
• Familiarity with Database technologies is a must
• Experience with EO/IR systems would be beneficial
• Ability to conduct AB Testing is necessary
