If you qualify, the position offers: Outstanding Compensation and Bonus Potential (base salary + bonus)We are currently seeking a Sales Manager in Training located in ( Robstown , TX). As a Sales Manager in Training, you will be trained in every aspect of the Sales Manager position by shadowing the Sales Director, other Sales Managers, as well as other key personnel.
The Sales Manager Trainee is responsible for coaching our Sales Staff – acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.
This position will equip you with the tools and training necessary to become a successful Sales Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications
Sales Management Trainee experience of 1-2 years required
Experience in the Funeral or cemetery Services Industry strongly desired
This position may require the associate to obtain and maintain an insurance license in any state in which he/she conducts sales. To obtain the insurance license, the candidate must meet the requirements of Assurant’s background check process which includes, but is not limited to, a criminal history and credit check.
