About The Role We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team, drive new business, and refine our sales strategy to maximize performance. This role requires a motivator, coach, and strategist—someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth. As The Sales Director, You Will Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier sales team focused on acquiring and expanding new business. Optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and drive the extra 10% that sets a great team apart. Be a forecasting wizard—accurately predicting sales trends and ensuring targets are consistently hit. Lead with a hands-on approach, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to maximize individual and team performance. Build and maintain key partnerships with food service and vending operators (Compass/Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo) to accelerate market expansion. Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report insights to leadership. Drive accountability through regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and clear goal-setting. Lead by example—jumping in to prospect, educate, and close deals as needed. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams. Deep expertise in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably in food service, retail, or vending. A hustler’s mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to drive results. Strong relationship-building skills and high EQ, with a track record of closing deals and forging strategic partnerships. Data-driven and process-oriented, with a strong grasp of sales analytics and forecasting. Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Up to 50% travel Total OTE for this role is $200,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
