We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React (frontend) and Python (backend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire stack, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and writes clean, maintainable code. This person should have some leadership experience.

Job Description:

A strong Senior Automation program lead with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up and experienced in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI).

Core Responsibilities:

• Managing a large-scale global automation program across multiple stakeholders / business functions .
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the long-term global automation vision, aligning it with enterprise-wide business objectives.
• Global Program Governance: Establish and maintain standardized frameworks, KPIs, and operational excellence metrics to ensure consistency across regional sites and business units.
• Matrix Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.
• Technology & Innovation : Evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, IIoT, and cloud computing, to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.

Key Skills:

• Change Management: Ability to mobilize global teams and spearhead organizational-wide technology adoption.
• Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting complex financial and operational data to inform strategic ROI assessments.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing international vendors and cross-cultural stakeholders.

Desired background:

• 5-10 years in top tier consulting firms (Big 4, MBB) or Investment banking
• Tech industry exposure would be desirable
