• Base salary: $110,000–$150,000+ depending on experience
• Bonus potential: 10–25% annually

Job Details Role Overview

• Oversee and grow the rigging division, including field and office operations
• Manage client relationships, safety, quality, scheduling, and financials
• Lead and mentor team members while fostering a culture of safety and excellence
• Develop business opportunities and collaborate with executive leadership
• Ensure proper equipment use, certifications, and logistics planning

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of rigging experience (GC, industrial, or specialty contractor)
• Leadership experience running jobs and/or managing a crew
• Deep knowledge of rigging equipment, safety standards, and best practices
• Excellent client communication and team management skills
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
