As the backbone of our sales operations, the Retail Sales Lead is tasked with not only maintaining but elevating the shopping experience of our diverse customer base. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with key replacement services.
• Learn how to cut and program car keys, key fobs, and key remotes with hands-on training.
• Manage and oversee inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Maintain client standards for sales by delivering exceptional service and promoting additional products/services.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and plan for seasonally adjusted product demands.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to provide insights and direction for future store initiatives.
• Lead by example through exceptional work ethic, service delivery, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Minimum Age Requirement of 22+
• Competitive spirit, eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in leadership roles, such as sports teams or school/work positions.
• Desire to progress into a management role and shape team dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously changing business environment.
