Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $18–$22/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician. No experience? Good. We’ll show you the ropes — but only if you’re willing to grind. You’ll ride with seasoned techs and earn your keep fixing heating and cooling systems in homes across the region.

Crawlspaces that smell like mildew. Attics pushing 130 degrees. Long days and tough calls. If that makes you hesitate — stop reading. If it makes you lean in — keep going.

What You’ll Do:

• Shadow experienced techs on live service calls — no busywork

• Troubleshoot and service furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork

• Stock trucks, prep gear, clean up, and anticipate what’s next

• Learn to diagnose the issue — not just swap parts

• Work in the weather, in tight spots, and under pressure

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license + your own way to get to work

• Zero fear of getting dirty, tired, or uncomfortable
