Job Description

The Pallet repair Builder position is responsible for the repair of the customer's pallets.

TRAINING PAY: $20/hr

After training: up to $29/hr - pay depends on individual production

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues
• Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets
• Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove/replace nails
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75lbs to 100lbs
• Must be able to use power hand Saw, & Hand Tools
• Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
• Must be able to use a nail gun
