Job Overview We are a premier Customer Lifecycle Marketing platform focused on empowering B2B organizations to cultivate exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Sales and Customer Success divisions, championing efforts to reach and surpass revenue objectives. Serve as the principal liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and fostering enduring relationships. Formulate and execute strategies and processes that promote sustainable growth, aligning Sales and Customer Success initiatives. Collaborate intimately with the CEO to ensure that revenue objectives are harmonized with the broader company strategy and goals. Provide direct mentorship to the Sales and Customer Marketing teams, cultivating a culture of high performance and collaboration. Identify avenues to enhance the customer experience and deliver increased value. Harness data-driven insights to evaluate performance, optimize processes, and refine both growth and customer retention strategies. Define, manage, and report on essential performance indicators (KPIs) related to our go-to-market initiatives. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Success roles, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients. Comfort and adaptability in a startup setting, displaying a willingness to absorb knowledge rapidly and undertake diverse responsibilities. Hands-on leadership experience, capable of guiding, mentoring, and developing teams in Sales and Customer Success. Strong B2B SaaS background, particularly in environments involving enterprise clientele. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities, adept at engaging effectively with both internal teams and enterprise clients. A data-driven approach focused on performance metrics to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Creative problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on simplifying intricate processes. Ability to initiate and scale operations efficiently, leveraging AI in go-to-market strategies. An experimental mindset that embraces learning from failures and a desire for rapid progress. Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating a genuine passion for work, strategic thought, and goal attainment. Qualifications Proven success in managing enterprise customers. Direct hands-on management experience. Familiarity with the dynamics of startup environments and a readiness to adapt. Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in strategic initiatives.
