The curation team members are the tour guides of Reddit. Welcoming new users and helping them discover where they belong and in the process supporting the growth of smaller unknown communities. As a member of this team, you will help improve Reddit’s content understanding and make a big impact on content experiences across all of Reddit.
While based in the UK, this role will be focusing on India and neighboring countries. You will map Reddit by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve Reddit’s content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays and you can choose 2 weekdays to not work at your discretion.
