Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties values or rent prices. Display and market real property to possible buyers and lessee. Prepare necessary renting / selling paperwork ( contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) Promote real estate sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
