Job Duties: Essential Job Duties During Training (Non-Exempt): Find properties and make appointments with the owners for our clients. Support setting up utilities for our clients. Follow up with clients who will have contact renewal in 90 days. Support our clients who have problems with their house while they are in the USA. Update CRM and Excel sheet to manage our clients' status. Support clients to move in at properties. After the training completes and obtaining the Real Estate Sales Person License (Outside Sales Exempt): Communicate with new customers and give advice over the phone/Zoom to find the best houses for them. Look for houses and send property info to our customers. Show properties around after our customers arrive in the USA. Negotiate with property owners on behalf of our customers. Record showing activities in CRM/Excel sheets. Maintain good relationships with companies through customers and strive to get new inquiries. Other Job Duties Coordinate seminars that we plan. Support managers for seminars, orientations, and other events. Write articles for company mail magazines. Requirements/Preferences: Need Driver's License. Willing to obtain Real Estate Sales Person License in 6 months. Business-level English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing). Team-oriented. Enjoy customer service.
