As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
What Cascade Living and Cascades of Sugarland Ridge look for in a Registered Nurse (RN):
· Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
· Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
· Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
· Ownership attitude who can stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
· Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
What you can expect to do as a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) for Cascades of Sugarland Ridge:
· Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
· Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
· Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
· Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
· Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
· Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
· Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$30.00 - $32.00 /hour
Depending on Experience
Shift types- Various PRN/On call
Sign-On Bonus Details:
$500 paid at 90 days of employment
$500 paid at 180 days of employment
Bonus Elgibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
