Green Door is seeking a highly motivated Nurse in Oahu, Hawaii to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a Post Acute Care. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to each of our geriatrics patients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities - Providing patient care in a Post-Acute Care
- Delivering medication to patients and monitoring their response to treatment
- Assessing patients' medical conditions and communicating this information to other healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans for patients
- Monitoring vital signs and helping patients manage pain and discomfort
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Liaising with patients' family members to ensure they are educated about proper care and treatment protocols
Requirements - Valid US Registered Nurse
- Valid Visa Screen Certicate
- Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
