Position Overview:
As a Freelance Healthcare Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and help place skilled anesthesiologists and CRNAs. This commission-based role is ideal for independent recruiters who are comfortable working remotely and are highly motivated by results. You'll have full flexibility to set your hours, and you'll earn a commission for every successful hire you bring to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified anesthesiologists and CRNAs, focusing on candidates who are ready to work in ASCs and office-based settings
• Utilize your healthcare network, digital channels, and sourcing tools to find and attract top candidates
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and refer highly qualified leads to our recruitment team
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand open roles, ideal profiles, and recruitment needs
• Track candidate submissions and coordinate with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth process from candidate sourcing to hire
• Maintain accurate candidate records and submit progress updates as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, specifically Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Strong sourcing abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and engaging talent
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a freelance, commission-only environment
• Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools is a plus! (Greenhouse and Hubspot are preferred)
