Responsibilities:
- Search for potential clients interested in real estate properties
- Perform detailed market analysis focused on assessing property values
- Offer precise recommendations to clients based on market analysis
- Assist clients in the process of purchasing and selling properties
- Ensure that clients' requirements and preferences are satisfied throughout real estate transactions
- Engage in negotiating contracts and sales terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
- Sustain clear and consistent communication with clients during real estate transactions
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their transactions
- Address and resolve any inquiries or issues clients may have during real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in the Real Estate field
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for successful negotiations
