• Search for potential clients interested in real estate properties
• Perform detailed market analysis focused on assessing property values
• Offer precise recommendations to clients based on market analysis
• Assist clients in the process of purchasing and selling properties
• Ensure that clients' requirements and preferences are satisfied throughout real estate transactions
• Engage in negotiating contracts and sales terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
• Sustain clear and consistent communication with clients during real estate transactions
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their transactions
• Address and resolve any inquiries or issues clients may have during real estate transactions

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in the Real Estate field
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for successful negotiations
