Do you have a passion for photography. We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to produce photos and videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. In the age of social media and mobile devices, having the best pictures and videos can make all the difference. Are you up to the challenge? If you have experience in Real Estate Photography and a flexible schedule then we would like to hear from you! Most of our shoots are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9 and 5 but you must be available if needed on weekends. Join our team and you’ll get to focus on what you love to do best -- making beautiful photos and enticing videos. Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results
• Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
• Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must
• Prefer real estate photography experience but will train
• Must be drone certified
• Will assist with putting out real estate signs as well as picking them up
