Must have knowledge of the Construction industry

Must be proficient in ALL Microsoft office 365 applications

Must be proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise

Must know Gusto payroll

Must have either an Associates degree or Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Full cycle Bookkeeper

Maintain Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables

Manage time cards in time clock software, and run payroll via gusto

Audit payroll tax filings to ensure taxes are being paid and filed correctly and timely by payroll company - Gusto

Must know Sales and Use Tax for all cities and counties in Colorado

Must have job costing experience

Must be organized and detail oriented
