Leading manufacturer of Inductor components for the RF & MW Industry is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Quality Control Department. Candidate must possess fine motor skill, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. The position is first shift with flexible start times. Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Typical Responsibilities/Duties:
Perform visual inspection of injection molded components according to established procedures and drawings.
Handling of micro-sized components with tweezers.
Recording time & piece counts on work travelers

Qualifications / Experience:
Fine motor skill & good hand-eye coordination.
Proficient with the use of tweezers and other small hand tool.
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
Positive attitude and a team player.
