Job Responsibilities (Entry-Level Quality Inspector – Automotive Fasteners)

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in compliance with Control Plans, work instructions, and customer requirements
Conduct shop-floor inspections for cold forming, thread rolling, heat treatment, and surface finishing processes
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges , and other basic inspection tools
Perform torque, hardness, and visual inspections per automotive standards
Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming materials (NCR) and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Complete inspection records and support ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality system activities
