A fast-growing real estate investment firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to oversee presale renovation projects and maximize property value. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and under the leadership of an incredibly knowledgeable EVP of Operations, all while making an impact on the continued growth of the organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing renovation and repair projects to enhance market value before property sales. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with investment goals. The ideal candidate has experience managing residential properties, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset for real estate optimization.



Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute renovation and repair strategies to maximize property resale value

• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient project completion

• Analyze real estate market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for property enhancements

• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and quality

• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies

• Track time-sensitive project milestones and provide regular status updates

Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 3+ years of experience managing residential property renovations or multi-unit assets

• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis

• Ability to interpret market data and buyer trends to inform investment strategies

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
