Job Description

Our client, a boutique ad agency is looking for a Project Manager. This is a fulltime position that is onsite 5 days a week.

As a Project Manager you will be a part of the Account Services Team responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of large scale, complex projects, spanning multiple internal and client teams. The ideal PM is analytical, has experience and interest in marketing, fantastic communication and leadership skills, thinks as a consultant, and is a highly collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project leadership and management of multi-stream projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met by establishing governance, action management and communication routines.
• Establish and engage project teams to ensure the successful delivery of all deliverables within the required timeframe.
• Actively identify and manage risks and issues that may jeopardize the successful delivery of a project, take steps to mitigate and manage through to resolution.
• Ensure all projects resources are assigned, and resource utilization is actively managed throughout the project duration.
• Identify and manage resourcing constraints with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure correct time allocation and regular report out of hours by project.
• Manage the core project areas of scope, time, cost and quality to ensure project outputs meet expectations
• Produce accurate and detailed documentation throughout and upon close out of the project. Archive files upon completion.

Requirements:

• Education: College degree required. Concentration in marketing, business or communications preferred.
• Working knowledge in the healthcare industry preferred.
• 5+ years experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field. Must have strong communication and relationship building skills; a proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.
• Direct experience managing CRM systems, web platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work with other departments and teams to achieve the company’s overall growth goals.
• Understanding and experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Workfront, Asana, Basecamp, Slack, etc.
