Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial and industrial construction projects, with a strong background in working with subcontractors and overseeing quality control. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and work schedules. Ensure all projects adhere to the established schedule and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Oversee projects that include energy efficiency upgrades, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and regulations. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial and industrial construction sectors. Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing quality control. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications Procore certification is a plus. Experience with change orders and estimation. Familiarity with HVAC systems and equipment. Proficiency in construction software such as Procore. Work Environment Large organization with lots of room for growth.
