Position: Production Associate (Entry-Level)
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $16.50 – 18/ hr
Schedule: Full-time | Multiple Shifts Available
Job Summary:
We're hiring entry-level Production Associates to support daily food production in a clean, team-oriented bakery setting. You'll rotate through tasks such as mixing, baking, packaging, and cleaning. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on a rotating line handling mixing, baking, and packaging
- Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Lift and move ingredients and finished products (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow instructions and work well with others
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions in English or Spanish
- Prior manufacturing or food-handling experience is a plus but not required
Note: Must be comfortable working near moving equipment and around common food allergens.
