Job Description:
iCreditWorks, one of the fastest growing FinTech platforms in the United States, offers innovative “Point-of-Sale” (POS) lending, digital payment technologies, including the first-in-market native mobile App that reinvents B2B/B2B2C lending. We are seeking participants to test and provide feedback on the iCreditWorks native mobile App , designed to make financing simple, seamless, and secure. As a product tester, you will explore the App’s features and share your feedback on usability, design, and overall experience. Your input will directly help us improve the product and create a better customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Completion of pre-testing orientation
· Download the iCreditWorks mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install on your personal mobile device.
· Participate in a moderated product testing session [remote via Teams].
· Complete guided tasks within the App (e.g., account registration, exploring features, navigating menus).
· Provide feedback, inclusive of screenshots and/or recordings, on the ease of use, clarity, and any challenges encountered.
· Share candid impressions, suggestions, and ideas for improvement.
· Completion of post-testing questionnaire
Requirements:
· Completion of pre-testing survey
· Age: 18+
· Owns and regularly uses a smartphone (iOS or Android; recent version preferred).
· Comfortable participating in a virtual session and sharing screen (if needed).
· Able to communicate clearly in English.
· Willing to provide honest, constructive feedback.
