Sr Product Owner – Investment Data Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Consultant to act as a Product Owner for our direct client's Data & Analytics products supporting investment data products within Client Asset Management. The candidate will drive backlog management, product delivery, and provide domain expertise to the scrum team. Base pay range $95.00/hr - $105.00/hr Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Define and communicate product roadmap, backlog and sprint plans. Prioritize and manage the product backlog. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories. Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Identify and mitigate delivery risks. Work with tech and product leadership to ensure effective utilization of the scrum team Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for the data team. Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Help with communication and rollout of new features and enhancements Provide thought leadership in the financial services data space focused specifically on investments. This will include a broad range of asset classes Collaborate with team members to design and implement data solutions to help support business goals and outcomes. Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Define and deliver on testing strategy and plan Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in data and analytics Strong understanding of asset management, specifically investment & trade data is a must Familiarity with Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet or similar systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
