About the Role
The Company is seeking a President & Senior Trust Officer to lead its Wealth Management Division. This executive-level position is responsible for the overall management of the bank's wealth and trust operations, including leading and developing the wealth management team, overseeing trust administration, investment services, and compliance functions, and driving business growth through strategic planning and new market development. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing the departmental budget, performance goals, and risk management activities, as well as representing the wealth division in senior management and community engagements.
