About the Role
The Company is seeking a President & Senior Trust Officer to lead its Wealth Management Division. This executive-level position is responsible for the overall management of the bank's wealth and trust operations, including leading and developing the wealth management team, overseeing trust administration, investment services, and compliance functions, and driving business growth through strategic planning and new market development. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing the departmental budget, performance goals, and risk management activities, as well as representing the wealth division in senior management and community engagements. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in wealth and trust management is required, along with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of trust administration and fiduciary standards, and a proven track record in driving business growth and ensuring regulatory compliance. A passion for client service excellence and a commitment to the community are also essential for this position.
