• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Lead, coach, and support the dental team to foster a collaborative culture
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, collections, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations, insurance policies, and OSHA standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in dental practice management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and financial management
• Proficiency in dental practice software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
