Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking licensed clinicians (LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who are: Creative and authentic Passionate about helping clients navigate real-life challenges Skilled in working with children, teens, families, or couples Comfortable with EHRs and documentation (we train you on our systems!) Willing to grow and collaborate with a team that values both clinical excellence and flexibility Whether you’re ready to specialize, want to build groups, or are looking for mentorship—we support your unique vision for your practice. What You'll Do: Provide outpatient therapy (in-person, telehealth, or hybrid) Create treatment plans tailored to your clients' strengths Collaborate with a team of down-to-earth clinicians and admin staff Complete documentation (we support you with reminders and templates) Attend optional staff meetings, trainings, and celebrations (we love a potluck) Compensation: $67,000–$90,000/year depending on hours, licensure, and experience Bonus potential and leadership tracks available!
