Position Details
Plumbing Supervisor position will work closely with the CEO and Director of Marketing and RMP to assist with marketing and growing the plumbing company. Must have Residential plumbing experience. Must be a good multi-tasker, as office administrative duties will vary throughout each day and week. There will be some regular routine duties like scheduling jobs and inspections, pulling and closing permits. Will be expected to assist the team with job reconciliations and assisting with special projects on a regular basis.

Duties & Requirements will also include but not be limited to the following:
- Required to have one (1) year experience in RESIDENTIAL plumbing service industry
- Knowledge of DFW Area for dispatching efficiency
- Knowledge of San Antonio & Austin areas a PLUS for dispatching efficiency
- Demonstrated experience developing and motivating successful plumbing teams
· Managing and providing support to company’s plumbing staff and organizing and verifying job appointments
· Marketing and Selling plumbing services
· Maintain regular contact with plumbing staff – Give direction, Problem solve, Motivate
-Review jobs for errors and potential issues
-Meet regularly with upper management to evaluate performance, resolve problems, and assist with marketing and general sales strategies
-Actively follow-up with all open opportunities
-High standard of time management, communication, professionalism, adaptability, and dependability
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have exceptional Customer Service skills and be able to handle complaints and resolve conflicts
- Comfortable in a very fast paced, customer service driven environment
- Articulate and professional, patient and positive attitude
- We be the initial contact for customer resolution matters
- Provide administrative support with executing contracts and assist Sales Team in preparing bids for potential customers
- Organize meetings/communications for plumbers and upper management staff
- Execute Contracts and assist in preparing bids for potential customers
- Upload Plumbing Videos into Archives
-Send static test results to customers
- In-bound and out-bound calls to support a busy team
- Handle paperwork flow in the office supporting other managers and accounting
- Must have advanced computer skills (MS Office / EXCEL / Quick Books)
- Experience with service software programs (Inventory, Scheduling etc.)
- Pull permits from multiple counties
- Track time sheets, locations and schedules
- Issue purchase orders for technicians and dispatch as needed
- Dispatching support and audit service tickets
- Executing Invoices and processing to the accounting department for payment
- Oversee Licensing requirements for the plumbers and coordinating Continuing Education Classes
- Provide KPI s (Performance Data) to managers and divisional managers
-Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
-Successful completion of drug testing, verification of references, driving record and background check
-Adhere to safety policies and procedures
