At Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter in Peoria, AZ, we are searching for a full- or part-time Plumbing Dispatcher - Office Assistant to join our growing team!
In this hybrid position, you'll be the central hub of our operations-supporting our plumbing pros, keeping schedules aligned, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME PLUMBING DISPATCHER - OFFICE ASSISTANT
THE SCHEDULE:
Enjoy a flexible full- or part-time hybrid schedule with a few shifts in our Peoria office each week, while also having the opportunity to work from home on weekends or to provide coverage for our main dispatcher. It's the best of both worlds-structure and freedom.
YOUR ROLE:
You're the go-to support our team relies on. From the moment you log in, you're juggling phone lines, helping route jobs efficiently, and stepping in to assist teammates with sales calls and scheduling. You keep tabs on tool inventory and manage check-outs with care, all while handling office responsibilities with poise. Whether you're coordinating service calls or solving problems before they escalate, you thrive on being dependable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Although not required, having experience with dispatch and in an office is a plus!
