Job Title:  Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab
Location:  Hyannis, MA
Job Type:  Contract
Pay Rate: $62 – $65 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join a reputable outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Hyannis, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about improving mobility and function in both adult and pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine functional impairments
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and modify plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on continued care and home exercises
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
• Supervise and support PT assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
• Uphold standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Clinical specialty certification (if applicable)
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
