Personal Trainer Job Description
It is the Steadfast Fitness and Performance mission to create an engaging, positive and energetic environment from which a steadfast dedication to health, fitness and performance will translate over into all aspects of life. The Steadfast FP Personal Trainer will utilize their knowledgebase, training and experience to curate comprehensive fitness programs to meet the respective fitness/performance goals of each client within the scope of the Steadfast Mission. The Personal Trainer will conduct fitness assessments and facilitate fitness training while ensuring safety by demonstrating the proper use of equipment and body mechanics. The Personal Trainer will also work to develop and maintain referral networks to promote, retain and sell personal training programs and services while achieving monthly, personal, goals.
Qualifications:
∙ A passion for health, fitness and motivating others
∙ An energetic demeanor and positive disposition
∙ High School Diploma/GED required
∙ National Certified Personal Trainer certificate required
∙ Bachelor’s degree in a health/fitness related field preferred
∙ National Certified Personal Trainer certificate required
∙ Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External
Defibrillator (AED) certification preferred.

∙ Prior experience in a personal training position is preferred.
