The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to support databacked decisionmaking across paid media campaigns, product funnels, partnerships, and user acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, generating insights, and optimizing channels to improve conversion and ROI. This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and proactivewho enjoys testing, learning, and refining strategies based on data.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor the performance of paid marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Out-of-Home, Email).
  • Analyze audience behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budgeting strategies.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build dashboards and regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and crossfunctional teams.
  • Define and track key growth and acquisition metrics across campaigns and platforms.

Experimentation & Growth Initiatives

  • Support A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimization, and channel testing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to align on acquisition goals and messaging.
  • Research market trends, competitor performance, and emerging platforms relevant to growth efforts.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 13+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, digital advertising, or datadriven marketing.
  • Experience analyzing paid media performance and marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with campaign platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency with data and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience using Excel/Sheets at an intermediate to advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to nontechnical audiences.
