A well-established pediatric private practice is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about working with children in a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Company overview:

• Clinician owned, 19+ years in the industry
• Involvement in outside programs such as Special Olympics, Animal Assisted Therapy, and SO MUCH MORE!
• Multidisciplinary team (ST/OT/PT)

Position overview:

• $38-$45/hour OR $81K-$93K/year DOE
• Flexible 4 or 5 day work schedule
• Evaluate and treat children with a range of speech and language disorders
• Conduct regular assessments, monitoring progress and adjusting the plan of care to fit current needs
• Daily collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes
• Participate in continuing education and stay updated on best speech-language practices

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Texas Speech Language Pathologist License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong interpersonal skills and creativity
• Ability to work in-person in Southwest Houston
