We are seeking a Part-time Property Manager to become a part of our team! 

This position requires the candidate to live on-site. Candidate must have solid knowledge and experience with standard California Apartment Assocation form and agreements.

• Solid knowledge of standard CAA forms and agreements.
• Enforce policies and procedures and addressing violations.
• Collections of rent and security deposit and other fees through Property Management Software.
• Report and /or update management about vacancies and all major and non-routine issues.
• Report late rent payments
• Advertise and show vacant units.
• Serve authorized notices 
• Schedule repairs and turnovers with vendors
• Understand Fair Housing Laws
• Complete forms accurately
• Phone and computer skills
• Schedule Move in /move out and walk through inspections
• Light porter duties, walk the property daily, pick up trash, sweep property, report ant problem to cooperate office.
• Respond to tenants' repair issues/work orders
• Minor maintenance such as but not limited to changing bulb, cleaning laundry room, flipping a tripped breaker, shutting off main water line. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in property management industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to live on-site
• Proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Appfolio (a plus)
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Ability to work weekends if needed
• Valid driver's license and current proof of insurance
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations

16-unit building

Must live onsite

1/3 off FMVR rent

15 hours a week
