Responsibilities As a Packer, you will: Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration. Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.) Paid Holidays Education and/or Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential. Ability to follow standard work instructions is required. Physical Demand/Effort: Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles Pactiv Evergreen is now a part of Novolex.
