We're looking for an experienced OnlyFans Account Manager /Client Liaison for an uber successful OnlyFans marketing company that works with high profile OnlyFans clients across the US and internationally.

Our ideal candidate is an extremely skilled communicator, meticulously organized, and has a strong understanding of OnlyFans and creator operations overall. As the liaison between the company and your client accounts, the primary objectives of this role are:

• Ensure seamless service delivery and client communications
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships based on trust and a commitment to achieving results
• Continuously improve campaigns by developing and executing impactful content strategies
• Ensure that your clients achieve significant growth across their personal brands and audiences and are ultimately very happy with you and with the company

Start date: ASAP

Employment Status: Contract

Work location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings in the Scottsdale area; occasional travel may be requested (domestically and internationally)

Compensation: $65,000-$72,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for OF Talent and their teams. This includes handling inquiries, conducting biweekly client meetings, and nurturing positive, successful relationships
• Project Management : Monitor and update Monday.com project timelines, deliverables, and client notes to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Content Creation/Planning: Schedule and coordinate monthly content shoots in your clients’ local area; provide content strategy based on data (provided by social media and analytics team), and ensure that your accounts follow through on content and posting commitments
• Data Tracking and Management: Input and maintain accurate client and project data in Monday.com and Infloww (OnlyFans analytics platform); produce and circulate regular performance reports to Executive Team and clients
• OF Platform Support: assist with daily posts and scheduling on the OF platform, as well as setting up new pages for new clients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years+ professional account management experience, ideally in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Very knowledgeable about the OnlyFans platform; bonus if you’ve worked with OF influencers or creators
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of content creation overall with a keen eye for engaging OF content; able to assist if/as needed in content shoots
• Able to help schedule and ensure the success of content shoots remotely and in person
• Strong understanding of marketing and social media analytics (experience working with Infloww a huge plus!); can produce detailed engagement and campaign reports
• Must be able to work extremely well remotely and be self-managing with little oversight
• Strong project management abilities, Monday.com experience preferred
• Can execute autonomously and move your client projects forward
• Intensely details-focused and organized
• Adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, each with the same attention to detail
• Strong ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Able to roll with punches, adapt, problem-solve
• Must be able to travel occasionally to assist with client and business functions both domestically and internationally
