Are you a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping students thrive? We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team and provide teletherapy services to students across Pennsylvania. This flexible, 1099 contract position allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' speech and language development.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing personalized therapy plans, tracking student progress, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions for students, ensuring engaging and effective interactions.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive student assessments, addressing each student's unique needs.
Regularly track student progress, documenting therapy activities, and adjusting plans as necessary to optimize student outcomes.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a holistic support system for students' development.
Maintain open and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on student progress and goals.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification in Pennsylvania.
Strong organizational skills and a passion for working with students.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but not required; we are willing to provide support and training if necessary.
