JOB SUMMARY: ABCorp is actively seeking candidates for an Office Manager position, supporting our Client Services and Tech team. You'll be supporting both external and internal clients with a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette, attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask. This is a full-time position with benefits and an exciting opportunity to work with a great team in an intimate professional environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client orders from purchase order receipt to delivery and invoicing, which includes data entry into ABCorp’s ERP system as well as managing the milestones and delivery schedules of the orders
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, supplies and electronics as required
  • Managing maintenance vendors to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Handle shipping request on a daily basis and coordinating with ABCorp's technology department to ensure all part items are received and accounted for
  • Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate Account Manager, Technical Consultants, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments
  • Serve as liaison with manufacturing for all order related matters
  • Manage Parts inventory in conjunction with manufacturing to ensure accurate totals
  • Participate in weekly, internal production status meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Highly effective service skills including professional demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to craft professional emails and client related documents
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to quickly grasp computer software
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be team oriented
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in printing and/or manufacturing environment desired but not required

Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of customer service, and/or administrative support experience

Please note the following criteria will apply to this position:

  • This is a full on-site position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Due to the secure environment of this role, upon acceptance of the offer, candidates will need to pass a background check, including credit, and drug screen.
