Office Manager - Construction/Landscaping Industry
Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site)

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Manage billing, insurance certifications, and subcontracting paperwork.
• Process full-cycle payroll on a biweekly basis.
• Handle HR administrative functions, compliance, and employee support.
• Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of Office Management experience with a strong ability to streamline operations.
• Background in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries preferred.
• Experience processing payroll with a keen eye for accuracy and deadlines.
• Knowledge of progress billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor paperwork is a plus.
