• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

💰  Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ 35-45/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.

✨  Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current VA OT license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
