School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Scottsdale, AZ

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time or part-time position in Scottsdale, AZ. This role provides a great opportunity to work with students across Pre-K through 8th grade in a supportive school environment.

Position Details:
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Start Date: January 27, 2025
End Date: May 21, 2025
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time options available
Caseload: Approximately 50 students (subject to change)
Grade Levels: Pre-K through 8th grade
School Sites: Serving 4 locations
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with mild to severe disabilities
Maintain compliance by documenting services in DSCtop for Medicaid and accounting purposes
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Qualifications:
Arizona OT license required
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
