Nurse Practitioner - Allergy & Immunology, Part-time (up to 29 hrs/wk), Lubbock, TX 79407

Job Summary:
AllerVie is hiring a Part-time Nurse Practitioner for our 19th Street clinic in Lubbock, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams and take medical histories
Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
Prescribe medications and other treatments
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans
Counsel patients on health and wellness
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Master's degree in nursing
Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience in primary care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
